覚書さんのBlogで知りました。すでにDiamond用の新しいROMが出ていたとは！？
というわけで早速焼いてみました♪

初期出荷状態のメモリ状況とElite1.0を焼いた直後のメモリ状況。ちなみに両方ともTouchFLO 3Dは起動中。
AutoUpdate (as this will NEVER WORK)
Replaced .Net CF 2.0 with 3.5 (Massive Speed Improvement)
Removed the WelcomeCenter (no one uses it)
Removed the sample music
Tweaked the RAM allocation
Enabled HSUPA (disabled by default)
Enabled the usual SecurityProfiles (RAPI etc)
Removed that (gay) HTC startup jingleSpecs
Free RAM on first boot is 60MB
Free Storage is about 90MB
(and this is only the start of things to come!!)
A speed improvement by at least 30% (i reckon anyway)
動作自体は30％という感じはありませんが結構キビキビ動く感じではあります。これをベースにカスタマイズってのがいいのかもしれませんね。
